General Terms

✦ Everything must be sent through a form of contact via my website form, email, or social medias (twitter is best versus instagram!)

✦ Please follow the correct commission format when sending me your request

✦ Be clear, detailed, and provide references always

✦ I have the right to decline your commission for various reasons; can be explained or not

✦ I have the artistic freedom to draw however I want, such as color choices, unless you tell me specific colors

Payment

✦ Once your commission is accepted, I will send you an invoice via paypal or venmo to pay

✦ You have a week to pay, otherwise your commission will be declined

✦ Payment is accepted in USD

✦ If I do not finish your commission accordingly to your deadline (priority fee), you have the right to request a refund

Work Process

✦ Changes can be made during or before sketch process and a little room during coloring process

✦ Changes can not be made after rendering process has started

✦ Commissions could take 1-9 months or accordingly to first come first serve. If I require more time to finish your commission, I will let you know

✦ I am a full time art student, so time can be very scarce on my schedule, so please be patient with me!

✦ I will always send you a wip (work in progress) of the sketch before I begin coloring

✦ I work in a first come first serve manner; otherwise higher priority

Rights

✦ I own the right to use any commissioned pieces on my art pages, speedpaints, and future merch products (if it's fanart)

✦ Commissioner may use their commissioned pieces for personal use only

✦ Commissioner cannot modify the art piece or claim as their own

✦ Commissioner can ask for the watermark to be removed (personal use only)

✦ I have the right to cancel and refund the money to the commissioner at any time for reasons (will discuss beforehand)

✦ Commissioner has 10 days to request refund, however you cannot ask for a refund if I've started on it or if 10 days have passed.
